Prepare the Package
Place the unused equipment in its original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at a designated carrier location.
